Intertextual Tess

by Thomas Hardy
Contributor: Anick Rolland

Intertextual Tess is a version of Thomas Hardy's 1891 novel Tess of the d'Urbervilles replete with media and resources that Hardy alludes to and references. As a pedagogical tool, Intertextual Tess teaches a new way to close read a text and offers a newly accessible mode by which to read it.
