Collaboration

These individual styles come into play with collaborative team work. For example some people might like to have several hours of uninterrupted time whereas others might like to check in more frequently with their team. Specifying your preferences is a way to encourage empathy and collaboration (obviously, don’t take this as permission to make demands when you initially join a team).
