Cher James,

Maybe you haven't seen this paper
by the Pres Clinton.

Anyhow had you composed it, I
would have been very disappointed but
with him as a politician I expected
the flatness, the unpoetic bombast and the
plain Bill hypocrisy. This speech was
handed me the other night at the American
Cathedral of Paris, an unworthy hall for an
unworthy paper.

Can I say I enjoy it? Doubtful but then
you'll know what's to be done with it -
really it's also unworthy as toilet paper.

What good then can it possibly be?
Keep our memories afire and stir our hearts
into tighter struggle. Winners will win!

    Sincerely,

    Bibbs

P. S.

Excuse me bothering your peace with out
rageous words. Pace now unto therefrom
