Dear Professor Thompson:

Enclosed please find my two—page answer
to your questionnaire concerning Dudley Randall
and Broadside Press. I should welcome a copy
of your essay later on. It is considerate of
you to offer to pay for return postage, and that
offer is quite enough compensation.

As a kind of reflex action, I also enclose
the latest ad (rather, a photocopy of patched—
together portions from my publisher. Lotus
Press of Detroit, which indicates my books avail—
able there, including the most recent, Whole
Grain, mentioned in my answer to item 6.

Good luck with your work.

Very sincerely

Encl: as noted James A. Emanuel
