Harry S. Truman travels to Potsdam for the final meeting of the "Big Three." Simultaneously, the first atomic bomb test takes place in New Mexico, which Truman describes as "a terrible success."

This video is presented by the Truman Library Institute in honor of the 75th anniversary of his address.
