Keats: A Biographical Sketch

Resource added
This biographical sketch of Keats provides invaluable information on the life of Keats, from his birth and early childhood to his rise to international acclaim. It also goes into detail about the disease of consumption, of which Keats would die in 1821. Consumption, now known as tuberculosis, ended Keats' life at the tender age of 25. He is nevertheless renowned in the literary canon for his works, including "Ode on a Grecian Urn," "Ode to a Nightingale," and "Bright Star," to name just a few of his most memorable poems.
