Full description

Valentín (12/16/41–6/20/2019) played corneta china with La Conga de Los Hoyos between roughly 1972 and 2000 and is remembered as one of the group's best players. His playing is well documented; he can be heard on several recordings, including “Ases del ritmo en la calle,” “Para Francia Flores (Y Para Cuba También),” and Jane Bunnett's album Alma de Santiago.
