Ramón Camacho Basuara "Monguito" (c.1920–c.2010) played quinto with Conga San Pedrito (1947–1949), Conga Paso Franco (1950–c. 1989), and La Conga de Los Hoyos (c. 1990–c. 2006). His influential style is discussed in Chapter 6.
