By 1963, there were LULAC councils in more than 45 cities and towns in Texas. They are listed below, as they appear on the group's mailing list of council presidents.


Several cities (indicated with *) had both men's and women's ("ladies") councils, and larger cities, namely El Paso and San Antonio, had multiple councils.


Today, LULAC boasts more than 100,000 members in more than 500 local councils across the US.
