- District 45 Civic Health Audit
- Objective: Mapping 311 service request latency and resource allocation across Flatbush.
- Scope: Analyzing city response times for housing, sanitation, and infrastructure complaints.
- Impact: Identifying service gaps to assist the Council Member's office in optimizing constituent services.
- Barclays Center Socio-Economic Impact
- Objective: A longitudinal study of community benefit agreements and neighborhood displacement.
- Scope: Tracking housing price trends and small business turnover in the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park footprint.
- Impact: Providing independent data to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of community-stadium agreements.
- M/WBE Data Literacy Initiative
- Objective: Developing open-source tools for minority-owned small businesses in Brooklyn.
- Scope: Building R-based dashboards that help local business owners visualize neighborhood foot traffic and market trends.
- Impact: Democratizing data access for M/WBE firms to help them compete in a tech-driven economy.
