At this moment, we’re about a third of the way through the course. By now, you should have a good idea how the course works, and what you want to do in it. You should have also started your project, and gotten a sense of how things will progress. Therefore, this is a good time to review what you’ve done to this point, and update your plans going forward.
Look at what you wrote for the project outline and scheduling documents. How closely have you stuck to your initial plans? How have you deviated from them, and why? What has gone well, and what hasn’t?
How have you felt about the feedback (emails, in-class comments, etc.) I’ve been giving you? How fair or unfair, helpful or unhelpful, and important or unimportant do you feel that it’s been?
What have you learned since starting the project that you weren’t aware of in the beginning? What new ideas have you had that you’re interested in developing?
Review your original Schedule and Workload and Project Outline responses. Make any changes to the plans that you feel make sense. Email me once you finish your edits (if you don’t make any, write that in the email).
