Indian present Architecture in major cities is rapidly advancing in line with the global trends. However, majority of India’s population lives in sub-urban or rural areas having conventional system of construction with little or no innovation. The absence of technically equipped work-force and minimum intent/implementation towards innovative upgradation of construction methods in such areas results in more of environmental unfriendly methods and practices. Indeed, it happens more when such Building’s Architecture involves Architecture without Architects or very little Architect’s intervention. As a result, the adopted methods and practices over the years are still continuing without any analysis or adherence to reforms/innovations. This paper deals with study of considerate Building Construction & Design example located in North India having composite climate. It involves conventional materials and techniques
