APPENDIX VI—Suicides, by Ages, of Married and Widowed Persons, Classified as with or without Children (French DepartmentsMinus the Seine) *

ABSOLUTE NUMBERS (YEARS 1889-91)
AgeMarried No ChildrenMarried with ChildrenWidowed No ChildrenWidowed with Children
* This table was made with the aid of unpublished documents of the Ministry of Justice. We have been able to make little use of it, because the census of population does not tell the number of married and widowed persons without children at each age. We publish the results of our work nevertheless, hoping that it will be of use later when this omission of the census is rectified.
